Process

How a deal works in Dollitol

The full path — from listing to delivery confirmation — stays inside Telegram.

For buyers

  1. Open the Dollitol bot and go to Mini App.
  2. Pick a Roblox game, category, and listing in Buy mode.
  3. On checkout, choose Stars (balance debit) or GRAM (TON) via TON Connect.
  4. After payment, funds are held by the platform until the deal completes.
  5. Message the seller first in the order chat and watch the delivery timer.
  6. Confirm receipt or open a dispute if something is wrong.

For sellers

  1. Switch to Sell mode in Mini App.
  2. Create a listing — it is moderated before publication.
  3. After payment, fulfill the order in chat and mark delivery.
  4. Wait for buyer confirmation or dispute resolution.

What happens to funds

Until delivery is confirmed, funds are held on the platform. After successful completion — payout to the seller’s internal balance; in a dispute, an admin decides on a full refund or full release.
