Escrow on every paid deal

The platform confirms payment, holds funds, and manages seller payout or buyer refund.

How an order progresses

After choosing a listing, you pay for the order. The seller delivers in chat and marks delivery. The buyer confirms receipt — the deal completes and funds go to the seller. If there is a problem, open a dispute: escrow freezes and an admin decides.

Timers and limits

Payment window — 15 minutes. Seller delivery — up to 30 minutes (set on the listing). Buyer confirmation — 24 hours after delivery is marked, then the deal may auto-complete. If the seller misses the deadline, there is no auto-refund — open a dispute.

Escrow states

Awaiting paymentFunds are not held yet — the order is waiting for payment confirmation.
Funds heldPayment confirmed — funds stay on the platform until delivery is confirmed or a dispute opens.
Frozen during disputeA dispute is open — payout and refund are paused until an admin decides.
Released to sellerDeal completed successfully — funds are credited to the seller’s internal balance.
Refunded to buyerPer dispute outcome, the buyer receives a full refund to their balance.

Disputes & arbitration

A dispute can be opened on a paid order. Escrow freezes and auto-completion stops. An admin reviews history and chat, then decides: full refund to the buyer or full payout to the seller. Resolution is manual — not instant.
